STEP ONE
Within 24 hours, if you have not already spoken with our deal manager at the store, one of our deal managers will call you to go over the following information:
 
• How you would like your car titled and registered.
• Collect any missing documents.
• Schedule a time for you to complete your paperwork electronically with one of our delivery manager.
 
 
 
 

 

STEP TWO
Within a 30-minute window of your appointed time, your deal manager will call you and go over your loan terms and options with you.

Here is how you can prepare:
 
• Have your email pulled up on desktop computer or iPad available with internet or WIFI service so you can see the online documents before signing online.
• Expect the call to last less than 30 minutes.
 
 
 
 
  
  STEP THREE
    At your scheduled pick up time curbside at the store or at home delivery you will       be provided your registration and vehicle overview. You will be all ready to go.
