I did not have a great experience, unfortunately. I have owned a VW since 2011 and came to your dealership since you could get me in faster than Joseph. I am happy to give more detail as needed but I will not return again for any service or needs.

I have been having cars serviced at VW dealerships since 2008. This is my second visit with a model that is new to me. My advisor, Josh, was very efficient and thorough in reviewing my service. He also took extra time to explain details about my car's special features and operation. I am encouraging my spouse to make the switch from another location to Fairfield, too!

They had my car for two full weeks and when I asked fir a loaner car, I was told I was out of luck. No regular updates either unless I called to request.
