Missy is amazing. She is ALWAYS patient with questions, unhurried with explanation and doesn’t make me feel like I’m being rushed to get off the phone or upon checkout at the desk. I feel like Missy treats the care of my car like she would her own. Missy is the reason we drive 2 hours to have our vehicles serviced at Fairfield VW.

Having to wait almost 8 weeks for a part would cause most people incredible life difficulties. There should be ways to aid people in this situation as I love Volkswagon but knowing this I will not buy another in the future.
