My dash was not put back together proper. I have a dent mark in the dash from them not taking it apart correct . I'm very unhappy with the service. I didn't notice it all till days later how bad it was.

Everything about my experience to have my 2024 Tiguan serviced at Fairfield Volkswagen was extraordinary. Convenient, Service was timely and Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the text msg updates on status! Every member of the team was fun to be around.. I enjoyed my time there and was actually disappointed when my service was complete and it was time to leave.
