    Everything about my experience to have my 2024 Tiguan serviced at Fairfield Volkswagen was extraordinary. Convenient, Service was timely and Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the text msg updates on status! Every member of the team was fun to be around.. I enjoyed my time there and was actually disappointed when my service was complete and it was time to leave.

    I chose this because Maddie kept in close touch with me during the time my car was in the body shop. It was there for a month. The problems came from my insurance company but Maddie fought for me.

    The negotiation process went fine. However, the actual pickup and overview of the vehicle functions was very bad. The dealership appeared to be under staffed and wanted to wait on potential other customers as opposed to finishing the handoff of the vehicle we had just purchased. The salesman actually asked if we could come back for an overview the next day so he could wait on other customers.

    Our sale guy, Ray Jackson was the best. Very friendly and not at all pushy!! The manager of the Fairfield store was very personable and went out of his way to get the car we wanted. Finance lady was very accommodating and easy to work with!! Our best experience to date in buying a car❤️❤️
