The ca was not ready when originally told it would be ready. Also there were still issues that resulted in the dealer having to take the car for a couple more days to fix the "fixed" issues

The service at the dealership was great. The people were friendly and competent. The only issue I had was the online scheduler that didn't work. After multiple attempts I gave up and tried the phone number. Artis at the call number was great and was able to schedule my service the next day. Fix your online scheduler or take the link off your web site.

My 2021 Atlas had a recall that needed to be serviced. My appointment was at 8:45 on a Friday morning. The service consultant, Anthony, communicated when my car was running behind and told me that I could keep the loaner car for the weekend. This service was not a inconvenience at all.
