The service advisor Anthony was great! He explained everything they were going to do with my 20,000 mile service, checking out my brakes, and with an oil leak I wanted them to check out. He kept me informed everyday which I appreciated. The tech Connor was able to find the issue with the oil leak quickly, replace my brakes (Anthony let me know VW had an extension because they wear quickly) I was super happy about that, and fixed all the issues in a timely manner. 5 stars to Connor and Anthony! I trust Fairfield Volkswagen and will only let them work on it.
